James Dean was the iconic 1950’s film actor whose sudden death ensured his immortality among fans. His tortured performances in “Rebel Without a Cause”, “East of Eden” and “Giant” paved the way for an illustrious future career.

However, all this changed when Dean puchased a Porsche 550 Spyder nicknamed “Little Bastard”. The actor was a huge fan of racing, and competed professionaly whenever he was not filming. After the Porsche was purchased, Alec Guinness, a fellow actor, told Dean that he would be dead within a week if he continued to drive the vehicle. Sadly, this prophecy came true when Dean died in a head on collision exactly 7 days later.

Little Bastard changed hands several times after the incident, and each time killed or injured those who were associated with it. The car was finally donated to an exhibit, but a mysterious fire destroyed the garage the car was stored in, leaving Little Bastard unharmed…The car vanished in 1960 and has not been seen since.
